This is the official webshop of Kesbeke Fijne Tafelzuren. Our online store is specially designed for private customers who would like to order their favourite Kesbeke products for personal use. Here you can easily purchase our pickled specialities directly and have them delivered to your home.

Since 1948
An Amsterdam family business
Kesbeke began in 1948, when Charles Kesbeke started pickling gherkins and onions in a basement at the Waterlooplein in Amsterdam. What began on a small scale grew into a well-known name in Amsterdam and far beyond. The foundation has always remained the same: quality, craftsmanship and a strong sense of family. The love for pickles has been in our DNA for generations.
From father to son
After founder Charles, his son Camiel took over the company. Today, Oos Kesbeke leads the business with his sons Camiel and Silvian. The atmosphere within the company is direct, committed and warm. Many employees have been working at Kesbeke for years and truly feel part of the family. You can sense this in the way people work together and in the pride with which the products are made.
The factory
Made in Amsterdam
Our factory in Amsterdam is where we carefully produce our full range of pickled vegetables every day. Gherkins, onions and other specialties are made according to traditional recipes. It is the beating heart of the company. Anyone who would like to learn more about the production process or take a look behind the scenes can submit a request for a factory visit via kesbeke.nl.
Kesbeke shops
Amsterdam and Almere
In addition to the factory, Kesbeke has its own shop in Amsterdam, where you will find the complete assortment and where you are always welcome to purchase your favourite products. The Amsterdam shop is open from Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There is also a shop in Almere, open every Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., offering a wide selection and attractive promotions.
Family Kesbeke
Known from television
Our family story gained national attention through the television series De Augurkenkoning (The Gherkin King). The series follows daily life within our company, from production to family meetings. It shows how entrepreneurship, Amsterdam straightforwardness and a healthy dose of humour come together. All episodes are available on Videoland.
Media and public relations
Kesbeke regularly attracts media attention. From collaborations and campaigns to events, activations and creative ideas, we receive many requests to participate, collaborate or contribute. We also regularly receive interview requests for Oos Kesbeke, Camiel Kesbeke, Sylvian or other members of our team.
To ensure that all requests are handled carefully and directed quickly to the right people within our organisation, we ask that all media and PR enquiries be submitted centrally via kesbeke.nl. On the website, you can complete the contact form with a clear description of your request, the planning and any deadlines.
After receiving the form, the request will be reviewed internally and we will get in touch as soon as possible. This approach allows us to maintain oversight and ensure that every collaboration, interview request or media enquiry receives the attention it deserves.
